River Of Life ministries is an outreach of River Of Life Full Gospel Church, Inc. A recognized 501(c) 3 non-profit organization. As a faith based ministry, we are supported by gifts from individuals, friends, and other ministries who share in our vision to touch the world.

The Founder of River Of Life Ministries is Pastor Tom Jeffery. Pastor Tom has been a pastor since 1981 and was later joined by Barbara Jeffery when they were married in 1982. Pastor Tom & Barbara Jeffery have ministered for over 20 years to pastors, men, women, youth,and couples as well as their congregations. They have conducted revivals and pastoral conferences which include a revival in Louisville's Freedom Hall in 1989 which aired on Trinity Broadcasting Network. Pastor Tom and Barbara also hosted a three day healing revival with "The Happy Hunters" Charles and Frances Hunter along with their daughter Joan and "Singin'" Ronn Jones in 2001.

Pastor Tom and Barbara currently reside in Louisville, Kentucky with their three children.

Our mission is to encourage spiritual growth, to build strong relationships with God, restore ministries, and to prepare individuals to go into all the world and preach the gospel.
